When logging in, you will either login using your company’s email address or you would have been given a temporary password. If your company’s email address does not prompt a password, you simply sign in via 2 factor authentication with your email.

If you were given a temporary password, you can log in with that temporary password and then navigate to your profile to change your password after logging in for the first time (see image below). Your profile icon is located in the bottom left hand corner of the platform, and under account & security you will have the option to change password. If you were not given a temporary password, then you would not have the option to change a password.

Within the profile section, you have the option to choose between light mode and dark mode depending on your preference. You also have the option to delete all chats or log out of your account.
