I am experiencing some bugs - what should I do?

Try this if you are experiencing any bugs first. If the problem persists, please submit a Help ticket.

When facing any bugs on the platform, the first step is always to clear your cache/cookies. The cause of these bugs can include many number of reasons including website loading errors, display updated platform content, needing to improve device performance, and more. If after clearing your cache / cookies, you are still facing issues, please submit a request in the help center.

How to Clear Your Cache

Note: Once you clear your cache / cookies, you will need to re-login to use the platform again.

Google Chrome

Desktop

  1. Open Chrome.
  1. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  1. Select Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  1. In the window that appears:
    1. Choose the Time range (e.g., "All time").
    2. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    3. Click Clear data.

Mobile (Android/iOS):

  1. Tap the three dots → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  1. Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  1. Tap Clear data.
 

Mozilla Firefox

Desktop

  1. Click the three horizontal lines (☰) in the top-right corner.
  1. Select Settings → Privacy & Security.
  1. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.
  1. Check Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content.
  1. Click Clear.

Mobile:

  1. Tap the menu icon (⋮ or ☰).
  1. Go to Settings → Delete browsing data.
  1. Choose what you want to clear (cookies, cache, etc.).
  1. Tap Delete browsing data.
 

Microsoft Edge

Desktop

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner.
  1. Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
  1. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  1. Select a Time range and check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  1. Click Clear now.

Mobile

  1. Tap the three dots → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
  1. Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  1. Tap Clear.
 

Safari

Desktop

  1. Open Safari.
  1. Click Safari in the top-left corner of your screen.
  1. Select Settings (or Preferences on older versions).
  1. Go to the Privacy tab.
  1. Click Manage Website Data.
  1. Here you can:
      • Click Remove All to clear all cookies and cache.
      • Or select individual sites, then click Remove.
  1. Confirm by clicking Done.

Optional — Clear Cache Directly:

If you want to clear only cached files (not cookies):

  1. Click Safari → Settings → Advanced.
  1. Check Show features for web developers (or Show Develop menu in menu bar).
  1. From the top menu bar, click Develop → Empty Caches.

Mobile

  1. Open the Settings app.
  1. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  1. Scroll to the bottom and tap Clear History and Website Data.
  1. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Optional — Clear Cache Without History:

  1. Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data.
  1. Tap Remove All Website Data to only clear stored data and cache.
