How to Report a Bug

In order to report a bug, please use the Help Center located in the bottom left corner of the platform. When you press on the question mark at the bottom left sidebar of the platform, it will open up the Help Center (image to the left).
It will open up the below pop up, where you can fill in information regarding your concern. This request goes directly to our support team who monitors incoming requests every single day, and someone will reach out to support within 24 hours. If you click on βMy Ticketsβ it will show you any past requests you have made as well and its status.
